Rowing is one of the most efficient ways to exercise. Compared to other exercise machines, the row engages 86% of a body's muscle mass.
Our design is an effective and always changing workout involving light weights, body weight exercises and indoor rowing. We give our students a workout program that can be optimized for a lifetime.
